Customer Service Officer
- To provide customer service at exemplary levels while upholding the professional image of the company
- To be proactive and initiative to ensure a pleasant experience for the customers during their appointment
- To provide clear and coherent explanation of loan contract terms, products and details to customers
- To assist customers with their loan applications
- To answer customers’ queries and to explain loan procedures over the phone
- To assist with clients account management, along with accurate and careful data entry of customer details
- To help in administrative duties such as photocopying and filing when necessary
Requirements
- Entry level with right skill set

- Able to speak proficiently in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)

Debt Enforcement Officer
- To call customers to remind them of their payment dates
- To send out past due notices for customers who may have missed repayments
- To be able to listen and understand customers’ situation well in order to suggest a solution or a suitable payment plan
- To keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
- To investigate and resolve any discrepancies for the customers
- To build good and lasting relationships with customers to avoid future issues
- To follow-up closely with customers for payment
- To provide clear and coherent explanation of loan contract terms, products and details to customers

Credit Risk Manager
- Managing a team to achieve growth and hitting loan submission targets
- Complete loan contracts and explain clients on policies and regulations
- Monitor of loan repayment and update records
- Operate in compliance with laws and regulations
- Conduct financial and qualitative analysis on companies / personnel
- Manage team member’s well-being & expectations
- Assist team-mates to interact with customer & make appointment for signing of documents
- To manage customer’s expectations & settle all matters in a timely manner
- Prepare loan synopsis & make recommendations for loan acceptance/rejection to senior management
- Perform loan portfolio analysis, industry analysis & market comparison studies
- Assist in the implementation of workflows and systems in accordance with business strategies & policies relating to credit risk management
- Ensure compliance with internal/external audit requirements & local regulatory requirements are met
Requirements
- Minimally 4 GCE ‘O’ Level Credits (including English) with at least 5 years’ experience in moneylending or the relevant industry
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin in order to communicate and manage customer’s expectations & settle all matters in a timely manner)
- Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to Lending Bee’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements (i.e. FAA and other related statutory Acts)
- Good understanding of the economy and business environment
- Have experience in managing a team
- Strong ability to work in a team based environment
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Well organized, neat and sensitive with figures
- Take control of multiple responsibilities and willingness to take on new challenges
- Self–motivated, hands-on and meticulous with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Exposure to corporate lending/credit will be an added advantage
